About the Carnival

Officially known as the Baltimore Washington One Carnival, this annual 2-day event draws thousands of spectators and participants from the Baltimore/Washington DC area and beyond.

Beginning with a Caribbean-style parade on Saturday throughout the streets of Baltimore, the festivities continue with a family, fun-filled, Caribbean festival showcasing live music and entertainment, a delicious sampling of authentic Caribbean food stalls and so much more…all enclosed within Baltimore’s Lake Clifton Park.

On Sunday, a second day of fun continues at Lake Clifton Park.

The Baltimore Carnival is hosted by the Caribbean American Carnival Association of Baltimore (CACAB) in conjunction with the DC Caribbean Carnival Committee (DCCC) and is supported in part by the Mayor of Baltimore City and the Office of Promotions and the Arts.
